At the Global Encounters Festival 2024 and ANZ Arts Festival, you can select 1 category to submit under. This is a great opportunity for you to participate and compete against other people for the category you wish to select. We recommend choosing your art wisely and understanding the impact on other people based on your selection to participate in the Global Encounters Festival 2024 and at ANZ Art Festival 2023.

In addition, it is important to know that in ANZ you will be able to participate in both the ANZ Arts Festival 2023 and ANZ Ismaili Games 2023. If you wish to participate in the Global Encounters Festival 2024, you can only select to be either an Athlete OR an Artist at the Global Encounters Festival 2024 and will not be able to participate as both an Athlete and an Artist. Please select wisely and ensure that you understand the impact on other people.

Consent

Registration - I confirm that the information I have supplied in this form for the ANZ Ismaili Arts Festival is true and accurate and I understand that any incomplete or misleading information may affect the Participant’s eligibility to participate in the competition. I also understand that if the registration fee is unpaid by the closing date of registration, my entry may be forfeited.

Medical - In the event of a medical emergency, I hereby authorise emergency treatment to be administered by a qualified staff member. I also give permission to be transported by ambulance to an emergency centre or hospital if needed. I further accept responsibility for all expenses incurred for the medical treatment in case of an emergency.

Release - I release, indemnify and hold harmless Social Development Inc, including His Highness Prince Aga Khan Shia Imami Ismaili Council for Australia and New Zealand, its portfolios, members, staff, volunteers and agents (including the AKYSB and Art Festival Team Members) from all liability, claim or expense, however arising, in anyway connected to the Participant’s involvement with the Festival.
