As the event date rapidly approaches, we kindly remind those who have not yet uploaded their photos to the designated OneDrive link below. Could we please request you to upload your official athlete photograph ready in accordance with the following guideline, which will be required for athlete promotion on our social media page:

• Photo Orientation: The photo should be taken in portrait mode, not landscape, and positioned 1.5 meters away from your face.
• File Format: Please save your photograph as a JPEG file with a file size ranging from 250 KB to 3 MB.
• Background: Ideally, use a plain or light-coloured background. Ensure there are no strong colours that could lead to red-eye issues.
• Composition: Your head must be centered in the photo with a clear gap around the sides and top of your head. Make sure to include part of your shoulders and upper chest in the frame.
• Quality: The photograph should be sharp, free from blurriness, and feature even lighting with minimal shadows.
• Colour and Authenticity: Your photo should be in colour, displaying your natural skin tone. It must be an original, unaltered photo, without any modifications using photo-editing software.
• As a special touch, we encourage you to wear a smile 😊 in your photo as it will be featured prominently and will reflect the positive spirit of sportsmanship that our tournament embodies.
